Lemonize
Giving an agency one place to operate the channels it used every day
Two projects shared one principle: keep the platforms the team depended on, and make the work across them easier to run.
The story in 30 seconds
- Before
- The agency’s work lived inside channels it did not own. Building WhatsApp conversations required technical effort, while advertising teams moved between three different platforms to launch campaigns and assemble reporting.
- What changed
- First, a visual WhatsApp flow builder with intent routing and a live conversation preview. Then, a shared campaign and reporting workflow over Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.
- After
- Lemonize gained an operational layer above the external channels: conversations could be designed and tested visually, while campaign managers could launch, monitor and report across three advertising platforms from one place.

First: make WhatsApp conversations visible before they go live
We built a visual canvas where the team could assemble a conversation from understandable actions: send a message, ask a question, branch on a condition, route by customer intent, call another system or wait before continuing.
A live preview showed the resulting WhatsApp conversation while the flow was being edited. The team could understand and test the customer journey without reading the underlying implementation.

Then: bring three advertising workflows together
Campaign managers were moving between Meta, Snapchat and TikTok to create campaigns, check status and collect performance data. Each platform used its own account structure and reporting workflow, even when the agency was managing the same campaign across all three.
We created a shared campaign hierarchy and connected it to each platform. Managers could work from one campaign, ad-set and creative structure while Lemonize handled the platform-specific actions underneath.
The shared workflow
- Choose connected accounts
- Create the campaign
- Launch by channel
- Refresh metrics
- Surface changes
One experience above three different advertising systems
Meta, Snapchat and TikTok did not share the same authentication, campaign structure or reporting format. Lemonize translated the shared workflow into the calls each platform expected and brought the returned data into a consistent view.
Scheduled metric updates reduced the need for separate exports, while status and performance changes could be surfaced for attention. A modular integration structure meant another channel could be added without replacing the core workflow.
The team saw one operating workflow; Lemonize handled the differences between the platforms underneath it.
After: one operating layer over the channels the agency needed to keep
The WhatsApp product gave the team a visual way to build, preview and monitor customer conversations. The advertising product gave campaign managers a shared place to launch work, see performance and receive updates across three channels.
In both phases, the value came from improving how the team operated external platforms rather than trying to replace them.
- Before
- Build and monitor work separately inside each channel.
- After
- Use one clear workflow while the channels continue doing what they do best.
